APOB AI pitches itself to faceless creators, people who want to run a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube presence through an AI character. You make the character first. Upload one photo as a reference, or use the generator to set gender, age, nationality, eye color, hairstyle and more. Beginners can pick preset styles such as anime or LinkedIn-style headshots, while an expert mode takes full prompts and negative prompts.

Once the character exists, the rest of the toolset is about content for it: image-to-video and text-to-video clips, camera movement, a talking avatar that speaks in a chosen accent, lip sync, video extension, subtitles and an editor for changing a character within existing footage.

Video and image face swap sit alongside the character tools, and the reference-photo option means a character can start from a real person's picture. The terms deal with this indirectly. You must own or have permission for anything you upload, you may not impersonate anyone, and you may not submit content that poses a privacy risk to a person. They don't include a rule that names consent for face swaps specifically.
