A closer look at Credflow
AI-powered credentialing and payer enrollment: an agent that makes payer calls, completes portal applications, runs primary source verification and keeps CAQH current.
Three modules
The AI Telecaller calls payers, works through the phone tree and returns a transcript along with the status fields the team asked for. The In-Browser Agent completes enrollment applications and CAQH tasks inside the team's own logged-in browser session. The Enrollment Data Lake compares a provider roster with payer-published data and returns each mismatch, such as a wrong group or address or a provider who can't be found. The site says the system suggests updates and never overwrites a record without review.
Fitting into existing systems
Teams already on Modio, Medallion, CredentialStream, Symplr or MD-Staff can keep them and run CredFlow alongside. Others can use CredFlow's own credentialing software for primary source verification, enrollment, monitoring and roster sync, or hand the whole job to its credentialing services team. A separate tool, InNetwork.ai, takes an NPI and estimates which payers list that provider as in-network, with a free tier and an enterprise API.
Before you book a demo
There is no public pricing and no self-serve trial of the main product, so everything here comes from the company's own pages. The dashboard figures and case-study results on the homepage are the company's claims and weren't checked. The privacy policy describes CredFlow as a HIPAA business associate and lists training and improving its AI agents among the uses of collected data, which is worth raising when you review the contract.
