FaceSwapAI is a browser service for permitted face swaps in photos, group images, videos, and GIFs. Visitors can inspect public before-and-after examples and file requirements without creating an account. Generation requires verified sign-in and a confirmation that the user has permission to use every face.

A single-photo swap uses one source face and one target image. The group tool can replace selected faces, with up to 10 targets shown on the public page. Separate tools handle videos up to 600 seconds and GIFs up to 30 seconds. The site publishes accepted formats, file-size limits, and credit costs before submission.

The public pricing states that a paid photo swap costs 3 credits, while group swaps cost 3 credits per selected target. Video and GIF tasks cost 1 credit per measured second with a 3-credit minimum. Eligible verified accounts may receive one watermarked photo trial. The site warns that this trial watermark includes the account email, while a newly generated paid result does not.

FaceSwapAI says it is for adults and prohibits content involving minors, fraud, identity verification, harassment, and non-consensual intimate imagery. Its guidance also tells users to keep disclosure with realistic edits that could be mistaken for an authentic event or endorsement. The site schedules task files for deletion after 24 hours, but it says upstream provider rules still apply and account, payment, security, or support records may remain longer.

The clearest fit is an adult creator who owns the media and has clear consent from every identifiable person for the edit and its intended audience. It is a poor fit when ownership or consent is uncertain, or when a realistic result could mislead or harm someone.

The public site explains more than the generation button. Workflow choice, file limits, price, watermark behavior, consent, disclosure, and retention boundaries are all visible before an upload. That does not prove how the service performs, but it gives a careful user concrete questions to answer first.
