Project Note

A closer look at Intriq

Intriq is a relationship memory app for iPhone and the web. Type or speak a note after meeting someone, review what its AI pulls out, and recall people, conversations and promises before you meet again. Search your network in plain English. Free plan with 50 notes; Plus is $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year.

Notes that land in the right place

Keeping notes on contacts in an address book or a notes app is an easy habit to drop. Intriq tries to make the note-taking as short as possible. After a coffee or a networking event you say one or two sentences, and the app sorts them. In the example on its homepage, a note about someone moving to a new job, a son's upcoming birthday and marathon training becomes a work update, a household update and an interest, with the son added as a linked person.

You check what it found before it's saved. Later, the recall side does the work. Ask what's happening with a person and you get a short briefing with the source note attached. Ask across everyone, for example who can introduce you to someone at a particular company, and it searches what you've recorded.

Free and Plus

The free plan, on both the web and iPhone, has no trial clock. It covers unlimited people, up to 50 notes, 30 AI extractions and 60 minutes of voice notes a month, plus profiles, timelines, briefings and reminders. Plus is $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year. It removes the note and extraction limits, raises voice notes to 1,500 minutes a month and adds export of recordings to PDF or Word. It starts with a three-day trial on the web or seven days in the iPhone app.

What you're storing, and where

Intriq holds notes about people who never signed up for it, so the privacy side matters more than usual. The policy, effective August 20, 2026, names Fang Ventures Private Limited as the operator. It lists AI technology providers among the categories of services that process data, alongside hosting, payments and analytics. It also says the company doesn't intend to use private notes or relationship data to train public AI models, and that some AI features can be switched off. Your notes are kept while they're stored in your account, and deleted data can stay in backups for a limited time.

The app used to connect to Google Calendar and Contacts. The policy says that integration was withdrawn in August 2026, and Google sign-in now uses only your basic identity details.
