A closer look at Kling AI Video
A third-party browser platform combining AI video, image, voice and avatar tools through a credit-based account.
From a script to a talking character
Kling AI Video describes a workflow that combines voice generation with an avatar tool: write a script, generate speech, then use that audio with a portrait. The same browser workspace also presents text-to-video, image-to-video and motion-control tools. For a creator sketching a short concept, the appeal is moving between those steps under one account.
The name needs a distinction. This is a third-party platform, not Kuaishou’s official Kling website. Its About page says it combines Kling with other providers and models. ProjectRadar inspected the public interface, gallery, pricing and policies without signing in, uploading media or generating a result. The examples are supplied by the site, not evidence that every prompt or character will work as shown.
Budget by credits and settings
The monthly Basic plan is listed at $9.99 with 200 credits. Higher plans provide larger allowances, and the site also advertises one-time credit packs and limited starter credits. Annual plans display a lower monthly equivalent tied to an annual payment, so the selected billing view matters.
A credit is not a fixed number of seconds of video. The pricing FAQ says consumption depends on the model, tool, duration, resolution and number of outputs. Subscription credits do not roll over. Plan language about access to all models should not be read as unlimited generation, and the published refund policy says sales are final except where required by law.
Check the output and the upload terms
The privacy policy says uploaded images may be temporarily stored and requests may be processed by third-party AI providers. It does not give a specific content-retention period or a complete provider list. Account deletion is requested through support. Those limits are worth understanding before uploading unreleased work or a person’s likeness.
The service is for adults, and its terms prohibit unauthorized depictions and deceptive use. Paid plans advertise commercial use, while the terms leave users responsible for reviewing outputs and respecting others’ rights. A generated clip still needs a close look at movement, faces, lettering and sound before it becomes part of a finished piece.
