Library Ledger
Library Ledger turns a Goodreads or StoryGraph export, or a pasted book list, into reading recap images sized for social posts. It's free, needs no account, and keeps your list in the browser.

A closer look at Library Ledger
A free browser tool that makes monthly or yearly reading recap images from a Goodreads or StoryGraph CSV, a pasted list or books added by hand, with cover, spine, checkout-card and stats layouts.
A wrap-up image from the list you already keep
If you track books in Goodreads or StoryGraph, you already have the data for a monthly or yearly reading post. Library Ledger takes that export, or a list you paste in, and turns it into PNG images you can upload straight to a social app. It's free and doesn't ask you to sign up.
You can filter to a single month, a year or every book in the file. Then you choose how the books appear. The cover wall uses online covers or images you upload, the spine shelf sets each title on a typographic spine, and the checkout card lists books in dated rows with ratings, like an old library slip. An optional stats page uses only figures your data actually contains.
Built for long lists
Rather than squeezing a long year of reading into one crowded image, Library Ledger continues the list across pages. The site's 24-book example, using the square size and checkout card layout, comes out as four PNG pages, and you can download pages one at a time or grab them all as a ZIP. Exports come in three sizes: story at 1080 by 1920, portrait at 1080 by 1350 and square at 1080 by 1080.
It's also deliberately literal. It doesn't write summaries or reviews, and it won't guess a missing finish date, page count or rating. If your Goodreads export has gaps, the recap will too, so it's worth tidying the CSV first if the stats page matters to you.
Where your list goes
Imports, pasted lists, uploaded images and drafts are processed and stored in your browser, so drafts won't follow you to another device and clearing site data removes them. Cover search is the one step that sends anything out: titles, authors and ISBNs go to Open Library, and only when you ask for it. The site says it records some product events, such as export outcomes, without book titles or file contents, and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics without analytics cookies.
The site also notes that it grants no rights to cover artwork, so the usual norms for sharing book covers still apply.
