A closer look at NearVance
NearVance is a local SEO tool from Marketania for small businesses on Google. It drafts replies to new reviews and regular Google Posts, checks profile health, monitors listings and turns connected Search Console and Analytics data into a short weekly action list. Drafts publish only after you approve them. Plans cost $99 or $199 a month per business, with a 14-day trial and no card.
The weekly chores of a Google profile
A local business's Google profile needs steady attention: new reviews to answer, posts to keep the listing active, and services and descriptions to keep current. NearVance turns that into a weekly list. Its dashboard shows a few next steps in plain language, like replying to the newest five-star review, reviewing a service description or approving Friday's post, and marks what's already done.
The review replies are the clearest example. When a review comes in, NearVance drafts a reply in the business's voice, and the owner approves it before it goes live. Google Posts work the same way, drafted ahead for a steady weekly rhythm and published only once approved.
Audits, listings and data
Beyond replies and posts, NearVance runs local SEO audits and keyword checks, monitors business listings and pulls in Search Console and Google Analytics, so its recommendations draw on the business's own data. Pro adds building and fixing listings where supported, competitor intelligence and expanded automation.
The trial is deliberately small. It runs for 14 days with no card and includes two review replies and two Google Posts, among other limits.
Pricing and who runs it
NearVance Core is $99 a month per connected business, and Pro is $199, with two months free on annual billing. That pricing makes most sense for businesses that get real customers from local search. The product comes from Marketania, a digital agency, and the privacy policy names it as the operator. It also says reviews, service descriptions, brand voice and requested tasks are sent to contracted AI service providers to generate drafts, and that Google passwords and payment card numbers aren't intentionally sent to them.
