Since January 1, 2026, Belgian domestic B2B transactions covered by the mandate need a structured electronic invoice, and Peppol is the usual network for them. OrdoGrid's homepage is careful about scope. Whether you're covered depends on your circumstances and the exceptions, and it notes that the small-business VAT exemption on its own doesn't take a business out of the mandate. The software connects to Peppol through a certified access point, so invoices you send go out as structured documents and supplier invoices arrive in a Peppol inbox inside the app.

The free plan has no end date and needs no card. It includes unlimited Peppol receiving, one outgoing Peppol invoice a month, quotes and invoices, customer management, a dashboard and PDF export, for one user with 1 GB of storage. For a very small business that mostly receives invoices, that may be enough.

Starter, at €9 a month excluding VAT, is aimed at freelancers. It adds unlimited Peppol sending, receipts and credit notes, email sending with read receipts, terms attached to documents and 5 GB of storage. Business, at €59 a month, adds a loyalty programme, project management with a Kanban board, bank import and reconciliation, online payments through Stripe, API access and phone support, with one location included and €50 for each extra one. Both paid plans come with a 14-day trial.

The privacy policy, updated October 5, 2026, is written against GDPR and Belgian data protection law. Stripe handles subscription payments, analytics cookies need consent, and if you connect Google Calendar and Tasks, that data is used only to sync your tasks. The submission adds that hosting is in Europe.
