Taraki

Taraki covers the routine parts of hiring for a company in Pakistan: posting a job, getting it in front of applicants and keeping track of everyone who responds. Jobs can be distributed to LinkedIn and Google Jobs, and on the Gold plan posted directly to a LinkedIn company page. Applicants land in a single pipeline, and recruiters can reach them by email or WhatsApp from the same place. A career page builder lets a company list its openings on its own website.

The AI features parse resumes and score applications using what candidates provide and the job's requirements. The privacy policy says plainly that these tools assist recruiters and don't independently make final hiring decisions.

The policy also sets out who is responsible for candidates' information. Taraki describes itself as a processor working for the employer, which decides what's collected, how it's used and how long it's kept, so candidates exercise their privacy rights through the employer. It adds that data from connected Gmail or Google Calendar accounts isn't passed to third-party AI/ML providers or used for resume parsing or scoring.

Pricing is in Pakistani rupees. Silver costs PKR 10,000 a month and includes three active job postings, unlimited applicants and users, distribution to LinkedIn and Google Jobs, AI scoring and candidate analysis, a career page and email and WhatsApp messaging. Gold costs PKR 25,000 a month and adds unlimited postings, direct LinkedIn company-page posting, 24/7 WhatsApp support and a dedicated account manager. Annual billing saves up to 33%, and larger companies can ask for a custom plan.
