A closer look at Team Memory Book

A tool for coworkers to collect messages and photos into retirement and farewell keepsake books, with a free draft and a one-time fee per finished book.

Collecting the messages

The organizer starts a draft and shares a private link. Colleagues open it, write a message, add a photo and submit, all without an account. They can't see each other's submissions through the form, so the organizer reviews what comes in, chooses what to include and arranges the pages. The fictional sample book shows how a message and a team-lunch photo sit together on a page.

What the $19 covers

The free draft has the same limits as a paid book, up to 50 contributors and 80 pages, and lasts 30 days. It produces a watermarked preview so you can check the layout first. One payment of $19 per book unlocks a private reading link, a watermark-free PDF and updated versions while editing is open. There's no subscription, and a 14-day refund policy applies.

Download before it disappears

Access is deliberately time-limited. Editing stays open for 90 days from the first payment, then you get seven more days to download the finished files before online access ends, and the messages, photos and exports are queued for deletion a week after that. The site's advice is to keep the final PDF on your own device. The privacy policy, updated October 22, 2026, lists Hostinger for hosting and storage and Stripe for payments, along with Cloudflare, optional Google sign-in and Resend for email.
