Project Note

A closer look at TripTended

Trip management for travel advisors after the client says yes. It logs each change from quote to client approval to supplier confirmation, keeps client and supplier payments in one ledger, and builds branded itineraries from the confirmed trip.

The part of a trip that happens after yes

TripTended skips the selling side of travel and focuses on what comes after the client says yes: the upgrade the client asks for two weeks later, the hotel that hasn't confirmed, the balance due to a supplier before departure. It's aimed at independent advisors and small boutique agencies.

The core idea is that nothing is finished until someone closes it. A change, like a room upgrade, is logged as separate steps: the supplier's quote, the client's approval and the supplier's confirmation. Until the hotel confirms, the trip can't be marked Ready. Payments work the same way. Client payments and supplier balances sit in one ledger, and a recorded receipt stays unverified until you check it.

An assistant with limits

There's an AI assistant, and the site is specific about what it may and may not do. You forward supplier quotes and client wishes, and it drafts a proposal page with options, leaving gaps where details are missing instead of filling them in. It can also draft itineraries, create tasks and notes, and record payment receipts for your review. It never books or moves money, and you approve every change. For a business where a wrong date costs real money, that's the right split.

Final itineraries are built from the confirmed trip and carry your agency's branding, and a pre-departure check lists what's still open.

Pricing and data

Every plan has the same features and differs by volume. Starter is $19 a month for 3 new trips and 300 assistant credits, Pro is $39 for 10 trips and 1,000 credits, and Studio is $79 for 30 trips and 3,000 credits, with lower prices on yearly billing. Credits are spent when the assistant drafts or records something, not on your own work. The 7-day trial includes one trip and 100 credits without a card.

The privacy policy, updated October 14, 2026, names Calibre Digital, LLC as the operator and lists OpenAI for AI requests, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for subscription payments, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics.
