A closer look at Tunenoodle
Tunenoodle is a web music studio built on the Suno generation model. You describe a song, write lyrics or hum a tune, and it generates a track you can extend or rework in a private library. Generation uses credits, with 20 free at signup and plans from $9.99 a month. Separate free tools, such as audio-to-MIDI conversion and tap tempo, work without signing in.
From a hum to a track
The most interesting tool in Tunenoodle is Hum to song. You record or upload a hummed melody, pick a style, and it generates a full song that keeps your tune. For someone with a melody stuck in their head and no way to play it, that's a quicker route to hearing it arranged than learning an instrument first.
The other creation tools work from text. Create music takes a description, a custom style, your own lyrics, a vocal preference and a length, and the home page suggests prompts like late-night neo-soul with warm Rhodes or 90s boom bap with dusty drums. Extend continues a track from a point you choose, and Replace section rewrites one part of it. Results go into a private library.
Suno underneath, credits on top
Tunenoodle is open about the engine. Its privacy policy says it uses the Suno music generation model, that prompts, lyrics, style instructions, titles and settings go to the generation provider, and that Suno doesn't sponsor or endorse the site. The policy doesn't separately describe hummed recordings, so it's safest to treat a recording like any other input sent for generation.
Generation runs on credits, and the credit cost shows before you commit. New accounts get 20 credits at signup, with a daily check-in for more. Starter costs $9.99 a month for 120 credits, about 60 standard generations, and Pro costs $24.99 for 400. Membership credits expire when the paid period ends, while one-time credit packs don't. Downloading your songs as MP3 or WAV needs a paid plan.
The free tools
The tool directory lists 32 tools in all. Some are free and run without an account, including audio-to-MIDI conversion, a MIDI editor and tap tempo. Those are handy on their own, for example to pull a rough MIDI line out of a recording or find a song's BPM, and you don't have to touch the credit system to use them.
