The guide collects the things a guest needs during a stay: arrival and parking, Wi-Fi and appliance instructions, house notes, local tips and a checkout checklist. Starter templates cover a cottage, a city apartment and a coastal cabin, and there's a sample guide to open before you start. The editor takes manual editing and pasted notes, and a phone preview shows what guests will see.

The free tier is a working draft rather than a timed trial. It covers one property with no card, a phone preview and a text backup, but no published guest link. Paid plans add guest guides for phones and browsers, share links and QR codes, A4 and Letter PDF exports, and published version history. You can edit the draft without changing what guests currently see, then publish when it's ready. One property costs $59 a year, and up to five cost $109.

The privacy notice, effective October 22, 2026, makes a practical point. Anyone with a guide's link can open or forward it, so hosts should review addresses, contact details and Wi-Fi information before publishing, and shouldn't upload identity documents, guest records or real entry and lock codes. Guests don't need an account to read a guide.
