Structured discovery note
The short version
Bean Network Tester is a free, open-source Windows tool for testing an application under poor network conditions. Its window and command-line mode expose delays, packet loss, speed caps and connection interruptions. Filters can target processes, addresses or ports. It needs administrator rights, and a session without a target can affect every connection on the machine. The supported desktop platforms listed are 64-bit Windows 10 and 11.
