Project overview
The short version
FuzeVPN is a small, independent VPN run by a publisher in France. It costs €1 a month or €10 for 12 months, with no VAT added, and one account covers up to five devices. There's a Windows app using WireGuard and OpenVPN, an Android app, and browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave. The FAQ says there's no iPhone, Mac or Linux app yet, and on those systems a browser extension protects only your browsing. Instead of hundreds of locations it offers four, Frankfurt, Gloucester, Philadelphia and Gravelines, on servers rented from OVH and IONOS. It supports 4K streaming and P2P traffic, and a first purchase gets a 15-day money-back guarantee for residents of the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, the US and Canada. The privacy policy is detailed. It says the service keeps no record of visited sites, DNS history or source IPs tied to sessions, names each hosting provider and gives retention periods, including deletion of inactive accounts after two years. It also says no independent audit has been carried out so far.
