Project overview
The short version
SeaTicket gathers support questions from GitHub issues, Discord forum posts, Discourse topics and email into one workspace. AI agents search related issues, past cases and your knowledge base, then suggest a reply or a ticket. Nothing posts until someone on your team approves, edits or discards it, and approved answers can be saved to the knowledge base. It's open source under Apache 2.0 and can be self-hosted with Docker Compose using models you configure, including local ones. The hosted cloud has a free plan for up to 1,000 issues and 100 AI credits a month, with paid plans from $25. Seafile Ltd, the company behind Seafile, develops and runs it. Its privacy policy says content sent to AI features may go to providers such as Google and OpenAI.
