Twilock: Screen Time Control.
Twilock is an iPhone app for people whose unwanted scrolling clusters around bedtime or waking.
Project overview
The short version
Twilock is an iPhone app for people whose unwanted scrolling clusters around bedtime or waking. You choose apps with Apple's Screen Time picker and schedule a Night window of up to two hours. Pro adds a Morning window and continued Strict Mode, which restricts changes during an active window. The current App Store listing includes three Strict Nights for new installs. Its narrow schedule suits a recurring bedtime boundary more than all-day blocking. The developer says core Screen Time data stays on the phone; optional accounts, social features and analytics involve separate data handling.
