Long-form Project Note

A closer look at Agent Lens

A virtual-staging web app and Chrome extension for generating furnished room concepts from photos.

This note reflects a first-time user perspective.

Start with the room that exists

Agent Lens generates furnished concepts from room photos. Its web app and Chrome extension are presented as two ways to use the same account and credits. The extension is aimed at people already working in property-listing tabs; the web app offers uploads and a history view. Those workflows are described publicly but were not used for this note.

Comparison is part of the job

The methodology asks users to compare generated images with their source photos, paying attention to walls, doors, fixtures, furniture scale and room access. That is the most useful part of the explanation. A plausible furnished room can still misrepresent the property if the model changes a permanent feature.

The site also publishes a small first-party quality exercise that includes rejected and regenerate outcomes. Those results belong to the maker; this Project Note does not treat them as an independent accuracy measure.

A label does not settle the listing decision

An optional visible AI label is part of the described export workflow. Readers still need to check the destination's current disclosure rules and compare the image with the original. No output was generated or independently inspected here, so the note cannot establish image fidelity or suitability for a particular listing.
