A closer look at Feasivo

Feasivo by AnalytiqLab helps entrepreneurs assess business ideas, with an India-first focus. A free short preliminary AI review uses your inputs. One credit, at INR 499, generates a detailed assessment covering feasibility, financial assumptions, risks and next steps. Users should still validate demand, local costs and assumptions themselves.

What it does

The first question for most small businesses isn't whether the idea is clever. It's whether the money works. Feasivo starts there. You tell it what you want to sell, where you'll operate, who the customers are and how much time you have, then answer two money questions about the capital you can put in and the minimum you need to earn each month.

The free step is a short preliminary AI review of those inputs. The paid report goes further. It gives researched startup cost ranges, a base-case minimum and a planning target that includes a reserve for slow sales, the gap between that target and your capital, a scan of local competitors with source links, and channel experiments sized to your marketing budget. The homepage sample, a mobile car-detailing business in Ahmedabad, shows ₹5,00,000 available against a ₹3,36,000 planning target and recommends starting with a controlled pilot.

The spreadsheet

The most useful part is the Excel export. A full report comes with an eight-sheet workbook covering the decision, a summary, editable assumptions, a 12-month forecast built from formulas, research findings with sources, marketing experiments, a four-week pilot plan and cost evidence. If you think a rent figure or a sales estimate is wrong, you change it and the forecast follows. That's more practical than a polished report you can only read.

Pricing and caveats

One credit costs ₹499 and either upgrades your saved idea to a full report or runs a new full assessment. Three credits cost ₹1,299. Both are one-time packs. The site is labeled early access and is built for small businesses in India, so the cost research centers on Indian locations.

Feasivo is careful not to oversell. It calls its numbers planning estimates, notes that demand in the sample is unvalidated, and steers you toward a four-week plan of talking to potential customers, running a small paid trial and recording real costs before you commit.
