When a payment is entered incorrectly in Loan Manager & Debt Tracker, the documented correction process keeps the original in the history. A reversal creates a negative entry, restores the outstanding amount and records a reason. That makes the correction traceable instead of silently changing the past.

The app is called KreditPilot in its documentation and is listed for iPhone and iPad. It brings borrower details, loan agreements, repayment dates and recorded payments together. It documents existing loans; it does not lend money, broker a loan or move a payment.

The listing describes several repayment models, including fixed total repayment, reducing-balance annuities, equal principal and interest-only loans. The support page says users see a preview before saving. For open-ended loans, principal, interest and fees are allocated manually when entering a payment.

This is a tool for maintaining records, not proof that an agreement or fee is appropriate. ProjectRadar did not test its calculations. The documentation also says a late-fee rule produces a proposal that must be confirmed before it becomes an entry.

The free version supports two borrowers and three loans. PRO removes those limits and adds advanced analytics, audit and PDF exports, personalized reminders and automatic backups, according to the store listing. Check the in-app offer for the current price.

The privacy policy says borrower, loan and payment records stay in the device’s app storage, without a KreditPilot account. Apple and RevenueCat process separate purchase and subscription information. Exported PDFs and JSON backups can contain personal and financial details, and any destination you choose has its own data-handling terms. The developer says it cannot recover lost local records without an exported backup or device backup.
