A closer look at Miras Center
Miras Center matches Saudi project owners with contractors, suppliers and tradespeople for construction, finishing, renovation, decor and maintenance work. Owners send a quote request, and contractors subscribe to receive matching project leads.
What it does
Miras Center sits between people who need building work done and the firms that do it. The homepage splits visitors into three paths, for clients, contractors and suppliers. A client describes the job in a quote request form, covering the type of project, the city, the scope and, if they want, a budget, dates and photos. Miras says it handles the request and the matching and doesn't carry out any contracting work itself.
Around that request flow, the site adds a lot of reference material. There's a browsable list of public projects, a supplier and product directory, decor ideas, job listings and a help center. One guide explains how to read the supply, installation and labour terms in a contractor's quote, which is the kind of detail a first-time client could easily get wrong.
Who it's for
The client side is for homeowners and businesses in Saudi Arabia planning construction, finishing, renovation, decor or maintenance work. The whole site is in Arabic, so it's of little use to anyone who doesn't read it.
The paying side is contractors. Premium costs SAR 1,200 a month for 40 project opportunities over 30 days, or SAR 4,500 a year for 350, spread at 29 or 30 a month, and the annual plan needs contract approval. The pricing page is direct that leads depend on suitable projects existing for your specialty and region, so a contractor in a quieter area may get fewer than the plan's ceiling. Miras also shows its own running figures on the homepage, including more than 9,000 contractors served.
Who runs it
The About page names a Saudi limited liability company as owner and operator and gives its national registration number. The privacy policy, written for Saudi Arabia's personal data protection law, lists what it collects, including contact details, project descriptions, attached photos and files, and subscription payment records handled through a payment provider.
