A closer look at Noderr Micronodes

A browser relay for the Noderr network that fetches assigned public URLs through a participant's connection and sends the responses to a coordinator.

Requests leave through your connection

The browser edition of Noderr Micronodes gives its network a way to fetch public pages through a participant's internet connection. According to the extension policy, a coordinator assigns a URL, the extension requests it, and the response goes back to the coordinator. The destination sees the participant's IP address.

A request belongs to the network's job, even though it leaves from your connection. Before taking part, decide whether you have permission to share that connection and are comfortable with that exposure.

A local node identity

The policy describes a node key generated and stored on the device. It says the key signs an authentication challenge, while the public address, signature, heartbeats and fetched responses go to the coordinator. Local storage of a key doesn't make the relay an offline workflow.

This description covers the browser policy checked on October 13, 2026. It does not establish the behavior of the separate desktop or mobile clients.

Pause when needed

The policy says relaying requires consent and can be paused or disabled from the toolbar. Uninstalling stops the relay and removes its stored data. The extension wasn't installed or run for this note, so these controls remain the operator's documented behavior.

Noderr also advertises rewards. No earnings or token payments were verified, so the connection-sharing decision should not rest on an assumed return.
