A closer look at Taskeya
Taskeya combines projects, CRM, client portal, team chat, file storage and invoicing for agencies, with an AI assistant called Tasky. Flat team pricing from $20 a month for 5 seats, with a 14-day free trial.
One panel for the team and the client
Taskeya's pitch is fewer tools for an agency. It puts project management, a CRM, team chat and invoicing in one workspace built around client work. Projects run on kanban boards, sprints or list views showing owner, due date, priority and files. Conversations and files sit next to the tasks they belong to. When a project is ready to bill, invoices are created in the same place, with itemized services, due dates, paid status, custom accent colors and a link you can share.
The client portal is the most practical piece. Clients get access to the same Taskeya panel your team works in, scoped to their shared work, which can stand in for separate status emails.
Tasky and agent access
The built-in assistant, Tasky, summarizes project activity and client meetings, drafts documents and meeting minutes, and answers questions about what's in the workspace. Beyond that, Taskeya offers a ChatGPT plugin and an MCP connection, so tools like Codex can work with workspace data. The homepage also lists capacity planning, profitability analysis and automated invoicing among its AI features.
The privacy policy is detailed on Google connections. Taskeya requests only the narrow Calendar and Drive scopes needed to create Meet links and attach files you pick, and says it never reads other calendar events or scans Drive.
Pricing and platforms
Pricing is per team rather than per seat. Starter costs $20 a month and includes 5 seats, 100 projects, 10 GB of storage and 10 invoices a month. Pro is $49 for 20 seats with unlimited projects and invoices, white-label branding and unlimited Tasky use. Enterprise is $99 for 50 seats. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no card. Taskeya runs in the browser and as macOS and Windows apps, a Chrome extension and an Android app, with iOS listed as coming soon. The company is based in the DIFC in Dubai.
