Project overview

The short version

Read the full Project Note

BankStatementMate converts bank statements into spreadsheets. Add a digital PDF or a clear scan as PDF, PNG or JPG, review the extracted transactions, and download an Excel workbook or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and balance in separate numeric columns. Conversion happens in the browser, and the privacy policy says statement files and extracted rows aren't uploaded to its servers or to an outside AI service. You need an account, which includes one free successful conversion without a card. Paid options include a $17 page pack and plans at $35 a month or $109 a year. It's run by Tony stack, based in Hong Kong.
