Project overview
The short version
BioCaly is an Android food diary for calories and macros. You can log a meal by photo, where AI estimates calories and macros, scan a barcode, or add a recipe, and it calculates daily energy needs from your details and activity. It also builds a 7-day meal plan and shopping list and can pull steps from Health Connect if you allow it. It's a free download with in-app purchases and no ads. The privacy policy says the diary stays on the device and photo analysis runs through Google Gemini.
