Project overview
The short version
Feldy is a web app for learning Feldenkrais, a method of slow, attentive movement, from home. Lessons are audio, voiced by teacher Chava, and meant to be done lying on a bed, rug or floor with your eyes closed. The movements are small and you skip anything that doesn't feel good. The program moves through five progressive stages, with daily morning routines for stiffness and bedtime routines for winding down, and the home screen shows the lesson for today. It is aimed at people who feel stiff or sore, older adults and those who haven't exercised in years, and the site says plainly that Feldenkrais is a way of learning easier movement, not a medical treatment. It is a subscription with a 7-day free trial and no card needed. The privacy policy treats the conditions you share as sensitive data, names Supabase, Lemon Squeezy and Google's Gemini API among its providers, and says Gemini only receives the movement concerns you selected.
