Foreclosure Data Hub
Foreclosure Data Hub is a subscription research tool for people who buy or broker distressed property.

Project overview
The short version
Foreclosure Data Hub is a subscription research tool for people who buy or broker distressed property. It gathers foreclosure and pre-foreclosure filings, trustee and sheriff sale notices, auction calendars, bank-owned REO listings and tax-delinquency records from 51 public-record and auction feeds, normalizes them into one format and refreshes the core listings at 6 AM Eastern each day. You can search and filter across all 50 states, save searches, get alerts ahead of auction dates, and export results to CSV or Google Sheets. Records include property details, estimated values and owner details where the source provides them. Plans are $29 a month for one user and 2,000 exported rows, $49 for 10,000 rows, and $99 for up to five users, each with a three-day trial for eligible new subscribers, and there's a REST API plus separate commercial data licensing. The site is upfront that coverage depth varies by county and that source delays can affect what's available.
