A closer look at Foreclosure Data Hub
Foreclosure Data Hub pulls foreclosure filings, auction dates, bank-owned listings and tax-delinquency records from public-record and auction sources into one searchable dashboard, refreshed every morning, with saved searches, alerts, exports and an API.
What it does
Foreclosure information in the U.S. is spread across county recorder systems, trustee and sheriff sale sites, auction platforms and bank-owned listings. Foreclosure Data Hub collects those records every day and puts them in one searchable dashboard. It tracks pre-foreclosures, trustee sales, sheriff sales, tax sales, tax-delinquent properties and REO listings, with an auction calendar alongside.
Each record carries the address, county, property basics like beds, baths and square footage, the auction date where there is one, an estimated value, and owner details when the public source includes them. The homepage shows a live sample of upcoming auctions and the size of the latest daily import. Source links come with records so you can trace a filing back to where it was published.
Who it's for
The product is built for investors, wholesalers and agents who work distressed deals and need to watch several markets without checking dozens of county sites. Saved searches and alerts flag new matches and upcoming auction days, and exports feed a spreadsheet or CRM.
Pricing starts at $29 a month for one user with up to 2,000 exported rows. Pro is $49 for 10,000 rows and Business is $99 for up to five users. Eligible first-time subscribers get a three-day trial. Developers and data buyers can use the REST API, and high-volume or product use falls under a separate commercial license.
Coverage and limits
The site says combined coverage spans all 50 states but that depth varies by county, so nationwide reach doesn't mean every county has active listings. Different pipelines run on different schedules and source delays can affect availability, which is why each data page shows its snapshot date. Owner details and valuations depend on what each public record provides. A data methodology page explains the sources and their limits.
