Project overview

The short version

Read the full Project Note

G Maps Crawl collects public business listings from Google Maps. You type a keyword and a place, such as coffee shops in Austin, and it returns the matching businesses with up to 36 columns, including name, category, address, phone, website, hours, rating, review count and the public profile of the listing owner. On paid plans it also visits each business's website and adds any published email addresses and social profile links. You can run it in the browser with nothing to install, through a Chrome extension, or from code through a REST API and an MCP server for AI agents. A free account gets 1,000 records a month without export. Paid online plans run from $19 to $149 a month for 20,000 to 500,000 records, with a seven-day money-back guarantee on the first charge. Scraping Google Maps can conflict with Google's terms, and the site's own public data notice puts responsibility for lawful use on the customer.
