A roofing company can select an estimated roof-age band and material; other choices include visible pools or rooftop HVAC. Customers choose an area and criteria, then buy matching records with prepaid credits. CSV and Excel files and address-list enrichment are available. These are nonexclusive research lists, and a match does not mean an owner requested a quote or that a property needs repair. Optional owner-contact research adds personal data.
