Kept: Keep Your Promises.
Kept schedules recurring promises and keeps a history of your responses.
Project overview
The short version
Kept schedules recurring promises and keeps a history of your responses. Choose the days, respond when the reminder appears and optionally add a short note about what you did. It suits someone who wants to review their own follow-through without a social feed or public streak. The Android listing says the app has no ads and needs no account. Its privacy policy says promises and history stay on the device. Phone settings can delay reminders, so it isn't a dependable alarm for time-critical tasks.
