Project overview

The short version

Read the full Project Note

Lagom breaks an iPhone camera roll into monthly decks, oldest first, and asks you to swipe each photo: right to keep, left to delete, up if you can't decide. Unsure photos come back two weeks later. Nothing is removed until you look over everything you marked and confirm once in Apple's own delete dialog, and every swipe can be undone. Smart Clean groups bursts and near-duplicates and suggests the sharpest shot to keep, using Apple's on-device models, and it never suggests favourites or photos already in albums. Swiping and deleting are free with no limit. Pro costs $24.99 a year after a free first week, or $7.99 for a 30-day pass that doesn't renew, and adds bulk Smart Clean, extra decks and filing into albums as you swipe. The app has no account or ads, and its privacy policy says photos and the analysis stay on the phone. It needs iOS 18 or later and is made by Sansa Group AB in Sweden.
