LeanFPS detects games on Windows 10 and 11, applies selected Windows tweaks and records frame-rate statistics. Its session history includes averages and low-frame-rate measures, with individual undo for each tweak. The free version includes measurement and five core tweaks; Pro is advertised at a one-time $19 introductory price. It needs administrator rights, and the current installer is unsigned. Performance and restore behavior have not been tested for this note.
