Project overview
The short version
Outbound gives Mac users a closer view of an app's outgoing connections: which destination it reaches, how much traffic it sends and which rule allowed it. Its per-host controls can leave an app online while blocking a particular destination. The choice of mode matters. Learn permits connections, Ask prompts for decisions and Strict blocks unmatched connections. Ask allows unanswered requests after a timeout by default, though that behavior can be changed. Rules and history stay on the Mac; optional AI integrations can share network figures with the model or agent you choose. A paid licence is required, with no trial.
