TaskBound for ClickUp.
TaskBound links a focus session to the task you're actually meant to be doing.
Project overview
The short version
TaskBound links a focus session to the task you're actually meant to be doing. On a ClickUp task page in Chrome, you capture the task's ID, title and link, pick a length between 5 and 180 minutes and start. During the session the extension blocks the domains on your blocklist and their subdomains, and pausing, stopping, taking a break or finishing removes the blocks. It reads only the open task page through Chrome's temporary tab access, so there's no ClickUp account connection or workspace import. Each session is saved locally with its task, up to the newest 1,000 records, and exports as CSV, which gives you a rough record of where focused time went. Chrome asks for permission for each domain you add to the blocklist. Starting a session reloads open tabs on blocked sites, so save drafts first. The free install allows three complete focus starts in total, and Pro costs €29 once to keep going. It's independent software, not affiliated with ClickUp.
