The short version

Read the full Project Note

The Switched Lunch is a small deduction puzzle you play in a browser. Maya, Luca and Noor each ordered a different lunch from the same café, and every bag went to the wrong person. You get four pieces of evidence to open one at a time: the receipt, what happened at the counter, a message from one friend and a last detail about the mix-up. Then you match each lunch to a bag by dragging, tapping or using the keyboard, and check your answer. Up to three nudges help if you get stuck, and the solution explains the reasoning once you've finished. At Yours rates it for ages 10 and up, and it works alone or as a group puzzle on one screen. Progress saves on the device and no account is needed. It's the free first case of Five Small Mysteries, which sells for US$3.99 as a one-time purchase with 365 days of online play and includes this case rather than adding a sixth. At Yours notes that its ages and play times are planning guides, not playtest findings.
