Project overview
The short version
The Talent App is an open-source applicant tracking system built by SparxIT, which also uses it for its own recruiting. It covers job creation, a kanban pipeline from applied to hired with a Do strip of next actions, a searchable talent database with CSV import, digital application forms, interview scheduling with calendar invites and scorecards, assessments, branded email through AWS SES, a public careers page and an applicant portal where candidates track their status. Staff can sign in with SAML SSO and TOTP MFA, an append-only audit log records changes, and a compliance settings page holds a privacy policy link and sub-processor list. AI features are optional and use your own Gemini API key. The code is MIT licensed: developers can clone it, set up a free Supabase project and deploy it on Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify or their own servers at no software cost. For hosted or customised deployments, SparxIT offers custom-priced implementations.
