Project overview
The short version
TiltCue watches changes in head tilt relative to a reference you set, using motion data from compatible headphones. Its Mac menu-bar controls offer screen glow, banners or optional sound after a sustained tilt, with pause, snooze and quiet-hour settings. It requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple-silicon Mac; Bluetooth audio alone does not establish headset compatibility. The developer describes local history and processing. These reminders are awareness cues, with no medical or whole-body posture assessment.
