Each change, such as a room upgrade, moves through supplier quote, client approval and supplier confirmation, and the trip can't be marked Ready until it's closed. Client payments and supplier balances sit in one ledger, and recorded receipts stay unverified until you check them. A built-in assistant turns supplier quotes into proposal pages, drafts itineraries and tasks, and records receipts for your review, but the site says it never books or moves money. Plans run $19, $39 and $79 a month for 3, 10 and 30 new trips, with a 7-day trial and no card required. The privacy policy names OpenAI for AI requests.
