The short version
VeriMails checks email addresses through an API or a bulk CSV workflow. File results retain the original rows and add verification fields, so a team can match each status back to its own records. Catch-all domains are flagged because accepting mail does not confirm an individual mailbox. New accounts receive 100 free credits. Paid access includes prepaid packs and recurring plans; verification uses one credit per address, while Email Finder uses 20 for a successfully verified result. Submitted addresses are processed by the service, and its policy retains verification logs for 90 days.
