A closer look at VeriMails

An email-verification service with bulk CSV results, an API, catch-all flags and a name-and-domain Email Finder.

Keep the result with the row

A CRM export usually contains more than email addresses. VeriMails’ bulk workflow keeps the original rows and adds verification fields, so a status can stay attached to the account owner, source or segment already in the file. You choose the email column, reserve enough credits for the job and download the results afterward.

For an ongoing signup or import workflow, a REST API returns statuses and flags that an application can use to route an address for review. Email Finder is a separate task: it looks for a person-level address from a name and company domain.

Catch-all means uncertainty

VeriMails describes live SMTP checks against receiving mail servers. A catch-all server can accept a check even when the individual mailbox is unknown, so the service returns a risky result rather than marking that address safe. Its result documentation makes that distinction explicit.

Even a valid result is a point-in-time signal. The terms say addresses can change and results are not guaranteed; verification does not establish permission to contact someone.

Two ways to buy credits

New accounts receive 100 free credits without a card. Prepaid packs start at $19 for 10,000 credits and do not expire. Recurring plans are also available: Starter costs $15 month to month or $150 billed annually. Monthly allowances reset without rolling over.

Checking an existing address costs one credit. Email Finder draws from the same balance and costs 20 credits only when it returns a verified address. Bulk jobs reserve their credits before processing.

Your list leaves your system

The privacy policy lists submitted email addresses as verification data and says verification logs are retained for 90 days. That belongs in the decision about whether a customer list can be sent to the service, alongside the team’s own data-handling rules.
