Idopontok

Idopontok.hu replaces the phone calls, Messenger threads and spreadsheets many small Hungarian businesses use for appointments. The business sets up its services and staff, and gets its own booking page at an address like idopontok.hu/b/your-salon. Customers choose a service and a free time slot, with booked times greyed out, and the owner sees the request in a daily list where one tap accepts or declines it. Reminders then go out automatically by email and, on paid plans, by SMS, which the site pitches as the way to cut no-shows.

Beyond the basics, it handles several staff members with their own schedules, multiple locations from one account, two-way Google Calendar sync, and online sessions that send a Google Meet invite automatically. There are deposits and online payment, a customer database, an AI assistant, a pass and membership manager, an iPhone app, and an MCP connection for Claude and ChatGPT. Businesses also appear in a marketplace searchable by city and category; on 6 November 2026 the homepage counted 77 bookable businesses across 42 towns.

Pricing is a flat monthly fee rather than per staff member. The free plan is aimed at sole traders: one staff member, 30 bookings a month, your own booking page and email reminders, with no card needed. Pro costs 4,900 Ft a month and adds SMS reminders, online payment and deposits, Google Calendar sync, the AI assistant and up to three locations. A company plan at 12,900 Ft a month targets chains and franchises. Paying yearly gives two months free, and extra staff or locations can be added for a small monthly fee.

The service is run by Verde Holding Kft., which also makes the Bizonylat.hu invoicing tool. Its privacy notice, last updated 5 October 2026, sets out each kind of data with its legal basis and retention: business and customer contact details are kept until 90 days after a subscription ends, waiting-list entries for up to 30 days after the requested period, billing records for eight years, and logs for 90 days. Processors include Cloudflare and Resend, with Google Analytics only after consent. The whole interface is in Hungarian, so it is really built for businesses and customers in Hungary.
