Bizonylat

Bizonylat is an online invoicing program built around Hungary's rules. You create an invoice from templates with smart filling, and it is sent to the tax authority's NAV Online Számla reporting system automatically, then emailed to the customer as an e-invoice, with the status tracked in a searchable archive. The same app produces pro forma payment requests, advance and final invoices, cancellation invoices and quotes that can be turned into invoices. Recurring invoices and payment reminders run on their own, and reports show revenue, outstanding payments and a VAT summary.

You can invite your accountant to the same account with a separate role and shared exports, which saves sending PDFs back and forth. There is also a free iPhone app for invoices, customers and NAV status on the go.

The open API is included in every plan at no extra cost. A free WooCommerce plugin turns orders into invoices, sending a pro forma request for bank transfers and the invoice once payment arrives, and there are modules for PrestaShop, OpenCart, Magento and Shopify. Card payments can go through Stripe, Barion or SimplePay, and automation links cover Google Sheets, Make, Zapier and an MCP connection so ChatGPT or Claude can create invoices. The same company's booking system, Idopontok.hu, connects with one click.

The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It allows unlimited invoices through the web interface, NAV reporting and e-invoice sending, and 50 invoices a month through the API. Induló costs 2,990 Ft a month including VAT and raises the API allowance to 300; Növekedés costs 6,990 Ft and adds 1,000 API invoices, five users, bulk import, several brands, automatic reminders and priority support. Add-ons such as an extra user cost 1,490 Ft a month.

Verde Holding Kft. in Balatonalmádi runs the service, and its privacy notice names the company director and the retention for each kind of data: accounts until deletion plus 30 days, billing records for eight years under Hungarian accounting law. For the customer details you store in your invoices, Bizonylat acts as a processor, with a data processing agreement available on request. The interface is Hungarian, with an English version of the site.
