Long-form Project Note

A closer look at Aivah AI

Aivah AI presents role-based AI employees for sales, support, phone, and operations work. Each employee can use approved business knowledge and selected tools, work across supported customer channels, and hand a conversation or task to a person when required.

This note reflects a first-time user perspective.

What caught my eye

What I like about the pitch is its focus on one bounded job at a time. Knowledge, channels, allowed actions, activity, and human handoff all appear in the same workflow. That is easier to inspect than a broad promise that an AI employee can handle everything.

How Aivah AI works

The public site shows templates for sales, support, phone, and operations. Connections include web, voice, WhatsApp, Slack, MCP tools, and custom servers.

Teams can define approved knowledge, limit actions, review activity, and set points where a person takes over.

Who might find it useful

Aivah AI may suit teams testing one contained customer-facing workflow where automation needs a clear human takeover path.

ProjectRadar reviewed only the public marketing site. We did not create an account or run an AI employee. The customer logos and performance claims came from Aivah and were not independently checked.

Closing context

Aivah's bounded-role approach is easier to reason about than an open-ended AI worker. The human handoff path is especially important for customer-facing use.

A proper judgment would require testing the controls, allowed actions, and handoff behavior inside an account.
