A closer look at Orymus

Orymus helps social media teams draft content with AI, plan campaigns, schedule posts across channels and manage approvals, with an MCP link to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

Drafts first, posting second

Orymus is built around a four-step loop it spells out on the home page: idea, draft, review, calendar. You start with what you want to say, Orymus or your AI assistant writes a first version, you edit it, and then you give it a slot in the week. The agent page puts it plainly: "Choose what goes live." Drafts wait for a person rather than posting on their own, which is the main thing to understand about how the AI fits in.

The calendar covers the usual places a small team posts, including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business profiles.

Working from your AI assistant

The distinctive piece is the MCP connection. If you already plan content in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini CLI, you can connect it to Orymus and ask for something like three posts for next week, saved as drafts for review. Those drafts land in your Orymus calendar instead of a chat window you'll have to copy from. The site notes that what an assistant can actually do depends on the connected tools and permissions you grant.

Plans and approvals

There's a 7-day free trial, then four plans. Standard is $23 a month for one user, one workspace and 100 AI posts. Growth is $39 for five users and adds the approval workflow, Pro is $79 for 20 users and 1,500 AI posts, and Agency is $239 for up to 100 workspaces with unlimited AI posts. Yearly billing takes 20% off. If you need sign-off before posts go out, note that approvals start at Growth, not Standard.

Orymus is run by Orymus Tech JSC and publishes terms, a privacy policy and a cookie policy. A set of free tools sits alongside the paid product, including an Instagram grid maker and carousel splitter, a LinkedIn text formatter and YouTube title and tag helpers.
