A closer look at LandOffer
A tech job search site that collects new postings, matches them to your resume and helps fill or submit the applications you approve.
One feed for roles that just opened
New tech roles are spread across LinkedIn, Indeed and hundreds of company career pages, and applying early can matter. LandOffer pulls postings from those sources into one list, removes duplicates and sorts it newest first. On October 24, 2026, the homepage feed showed roles posted minutes earlier. It's aimed at software engineers, AI and data people, and product managers.
Upload a resume and LandOffer builds an editable profile from it, scores each new job against that profile and emails you the ones that fit. The job search itself is public, so you can browse before making an account.
Three ways to apply
The free Chrome extension fills application forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other systems from your profile. You review each answer and press submit yourself.
AI Agent Apply goes further. A cloud agent completes Ashby and Greenhouse applications using your original resume and saved details, and tracks each one from queued to confirmed, flagging any required answer that needs you. You authorize submission before it starts, and you can pick single jobs or opt in to applying to your matches. That opt-in is worth using carefully, because a broad agent run submits to roles you may not have read closely. Access and pricing for the agent appear only after sign-in.
A third route connects your matches to an AI assistant such as Muse, Codex or Claude Code over MCP, so you can review and apply from there.
What happens to your resume
According to the privacy policy, updated October 10, 2026, your resume is read with OpenAI's models to build the profile, and the file stays in private storage so the extension and the agent can attach it. Application details can include work authorization and, only if you choose, self-identification answers such as gender, ethnicity, veteran or disability status. LandOffer says it doesn't sell your data or use it for advertising, and an employer gets your details only when you apply. Its alert emails carry a tracking image and route links through its server. Reset profile data deletes resumes, drafts and application records, and Delete account also cancels any subscription.
The service was called Job Agent until October 2026. It comes from the team behind PracHub, an interview preparation site.
