Project overview

The short version

Read the full Project Note

Random Food Generator is a set of small tools for deciding what to eat. The main generator gives one food idea at a time, filtered by meal (breakfast to dessert), one of 13 cuisines, and a vegetarian or vegan preference, and it avoids repeating your recent picks. Generate a few, then load them into the Food Wheel and spin for a final answer. Other pages include a dinner generator based on time, ingredient or cuisine, a Fast Food Wheel with popular chains or your own list, and a Weekly Meal Planner for 3, 5 or 7 dinners that you can lock, swap, copy and print. The generators need no account; a free account saves up to three plans. Random Food Premium costs $29.99 a year and adds grocery lists built from verified recipes, ingredient scaling and saved plan templates. The site notes that its suggestions are not an allergen or nutrition check.
