Project overview
The short version
TodoNote is a to-do app where each task is also a page you can write in. You add tasks to Today, Tomorrow, Next Week or a Brain dump list, and while you work you type research, drafts and decisions straight into the task. When a next step needs its own date, it becomes a subtask. Finished tasks keep everything you wrote, and tags such as Areas/Product let you find those notes again by topic without setting up folders first. It runs in the browser and as desktop apps for Apple Silicon Macs and Windows, synced through one account, and AI clients can connect over MCP with read or read-and-write permission. The free plan includes every core feature with a 100-task account limit and 5 MB per attachment; Pro is $5 a month for unlimited tasks and attachments. It is made by ActionWorks Inc.
