BALCO Converter

A shop price is easier to compare when you can see it in a familiar currency. BALCO Converter is an Android calculator for that job. Its Play listing describes entered-amount conversion and a camera scanner that reads a price, alongside favorite currencies, conversion history and 30-day charts.

Favourite currencies reduce repeated setup, while history gives you a way to return to an earlier amount. This note draws on the Play listing and public policy; the app was not installed.

The public policy includes five successful camera scans per local calendar day. It also describes an optional rewarded video that adds ten scans after the ad system confirms the reward.

Unlimited is a one-time Google Play purchase for removing the scanner limit. The banner ad remains. That distinction matters if the reason for paying is to avoid ads rather than to scan more prices. The policy describes purchase confirmation and restoration through Google Play.

Offline conversion uses the last successfully saved reference rates. That can be useful when a connection is poor, but the saved rates may be old. They can also differ from a bank, card or exchange-office quote, so the converted figure is a comparison aid rather than the amount a transaction is guaranteed to cost. The app calculates conversions; it does not exchange or transfer money.

The Android privacy policy treats optional analytics consent separately from advertising choices. It describes Google advertising and SDK processing, and the Play data-safety disclosure lists possible collection and sharing of approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers. Offline rates do not make the whole app local-only.

The policy describes purchase information exchanged with Google Play and says it is not sent to a developer server, Firebase Analytics or Google Mobile Ads.
