CharaSync

A storyboard can have convincing individual frames and still give its main character a different face in each one. CharaSync addresses that problem with saved references. Give a character a name, add one to four useful images, and call that reference when describing the next scene.

Its guide recommends returning to the original reference for each scene. That avoids a chain in which every generated image becomes the next input. Small deviations can otherwise become part of the character. The guide recommends changing one demanding detail at a time and comparing the result with the original before moving on.

CharaSync offers image and video generation around those references. For animation, its guide recommends approving a still first and checking the character during movement, not only at the ends of the clip. A saved reference is a tool for directing the model, not a guarantee that every face, outfit or object will survive unchanged.

This note draws on the public interface and documentation. No images or videos were generated for it, so the quality of that consistency remains untested here.

The public pricing section offers new accounts 50 one-time credits, with no monthly refresh. Its monthly Pro plan lists 2,000 credits for $10. Generation costs depend on the selected options, so those credits aren't a fixed image count. The terms distinguish a failed generation, which returns credits, from an output you simply dislike. Revisions can use up the allowance.

The service requires users to be at least 18. Its privacy policy says prompts and uploaded references pass through outside AI providers, and generated files may have publicly accessible URLs. Use images you have permission to process, and don't treat the reference library or output history as a place for confidential client material.
